# Project status

This page states plainly what is finished, what has been verified, and what is not done. It is the page to trust over any marketing summary.

## Done and verified

* Four Go repositories, public, MIT licensed, with CI, changelogs, `CONTRIBUTING.md`, `SECURITY.md`, and tagged releases.
* Protocol rules, budget arithmetic, and claim validation, covered by tests.
* Ledger adapter that builds, signs, submits, looks up, and reconciles Stellar **testnet** payments.
* API with role-based routes, atomic budget reservation, idempotent payment, and an append-only audit log.
* GitHub adapter that verifies HMAC signatures, checks installation and repository, and deduplicates deliveries.
* Two confirmed testnet transactions: one from the ledger smoke test and one from the full API flow. See Verification.

## Not done

| Dispute and conflict-of-interest rules         | Not modeled in the protocol yet.                                                    |
| Installation suspension and removal handling   | The GitHub adapter does not yet react to App suspension.                            |
| Auditable repository enrollment                | The adapter reads a static JSON mapping.                                            |
| Security audit                                 | None performed.                                                                     |
| Mainnet readiness                              | Custody, payout asset, jurisdiction, and legal review are unresolved.               |
